Sterling Faulkner graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Sports, Sponsorship, and Sales Program at Baylor University. Sterling also became a Certified Personal Trainer from the American College of Sports Medicine and also enjoyed the opportunity of being both a USA Weightlifting Level 1 coach and SOMA Immersion Level 1 certified. “Fitness has always been a passion of mine. I started, like a lot of young men, playing sports and from there progressed into more self-education about the body. I wanted to learn as much as I could about how to be healthier and stronger. Fitness became an all-encompassing philosophy on life over the years; it was not just about lifting weights or running. I want to live optimally, and help others do the same. Not only in fitness, but in life. That’s my goal for the Fitness Department of The Woodlands Country Club.
