The Stonebridge Clubhouse
Breakers Ballroom is the main event space of this classically modern Victorian Clubhouse and will perfectly accommodate up to 180 guests for a seated meal or up to 250 guests for a heavy hors d’oeuvres and stations reception.
The Turret is an elegant space that will comfortably seat 30 guests and includes access to the large outdoor covered Terrace with seating for up to 80 guests, featuring spectacular views of the golf course and lake. The Turret also features a double-sided built-in bar and fireplace with sitting area.
The Carlisle Boardroom is the perfect space for any intimate corporate meeting. With seating for up to 12 guests, HD flatscreen and on-site wi-fi, this room makes presenting to your team a breeze. Our Staff will happily set up a beverage/coffee station as well as serve lunch directly in the space. The Turret is just steps away as well for a breakout session or a post-meeting Happy Hour.
**For weddings we are able to open up the entire second floor which includes Breakers Ballroom, The Turret and Terrace.
The Ranch Clubhouse
Our comfortable, rustic Ranch Clubhouse has vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and extraordinary views through panoramic windows. A cocktail lounge with a built-in bar and Texas-sized patio with fire pits that overlook the golf course. This Clubhouse can comfortably accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated meal and up to 250 guests for a heavy hors d'oeuvres and stations reception.
**Please note that outside food and beverages are not permitted. All food and beverages must be ordered through Stonebridge Ranch Country Club.

About Sarah
Sarah grew up in Roswell, New Mexico and attended Eastern New Mexico University. Upon graduation she pursed her dream of moving to Dallas in 2014. She began her career at Invited in 2014 at Gleneagles Country Club as the Private Events Coordinator. Before returning to Invited at Stonebridge Ranch, Sarah was the Private Events/Member Relations Director at Lantana Golf Club and Catering Coordinator at Wolfgang Puck.
Sarah has a passion for building relationships and meeting new people! She is excited to be apart of the Membership team here at Stonebridge Ranch.
In her free time she loves spending time with family and friends, cooking, reading and playing golf!

About Taylor
Taylor was born and raised in Celina, Texas and recently moved to McKinney after getting married. She went to Ouachita Baptist University receiving her B.A in Mass Communications. She is most excited about working at Stonebridge Ranch as she enjoys meeting new people and building relationships. In her free time, you can find Taylor traveling with her husband, walking her Miniature Poodle, Sadie or hanging out with her close knit circle of girlfriends.
