About Megan

Megan is a Native Texan but has traveled quite a bit in her long-standing history within the restaurant industry. Be it opening new locations, supporting restaurant concepts or climbing the corporate ladder; Megan has been all the way out to the West Coast to further her career in Food & Beverage. Her favorite elements of the hospitality industry are the great Member connections & experiences, building great teams and experiencing lasting success. She feels so lucky to have the opportunity to relocate to McKinney as many of her (golf-loving) family is close by once again. The proud and “Fun” Aunt to both a niece and nephew, Megan is so excited to be a part of the hardworking team here at Stonebridge Ranch Country Club and cannot wait to meet all of our Members!

About Brian

Executive Chef Brian Wilford uses his diverse experience, attention to detail, and creativity to tantalize your taste buds with every dish. A graduate of Johnson and Wales University, Miami, with a degree in Culinary Arts Science and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management, he has over 30 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. From working as a Sous Chef at the Raleigh Hotel to the Executive Sous Chef at the Delano Hotel to the P.M. Executive Sous Chef at the House of Blues Downtown Disney, to the Executive Chef at the Marriot Las Colinas, and most recently the Executive Chef for La Cima Club, Chef Brian's culinary expertise and personal connections truly make each dining experience at the Club a cut above the rest.
