About Nick

Nick is originally from Tennessee, where he played golf for Middle Tennessee State University before graduating with a degree in Business Administration as well as Marketing. After college, Nick spent some time playing professional golf before starting his career in the business. He got his start at Brentwood Country Club, from there moved over to The Golf Club of Tennessee, and most recently worked at Annandale Golf Club in Mississippi before joining the team at CCS. When Nick isn’t at The Club, he and his girlfriend, Jessica, enjoy exploring new restaurants and playing with their two-year-old puppy, Max.

About David

David is a native of Georgia. He was a 4-year letterman for the University of Georgia Men’s Golf Team receiving All-SEC honors and team MVP in 1995. After graduating from UGA, he spent four years playing professionally. In 2001, he began his golf teaching career. In 2008, he was hired as a Teaching Professional at The Country Club of the South. David enjoys working with CCS members as well as developing many junior players and collegiate golfers from the local area. He also works with the Oglethorpe Men’s Golf Team, helping them win two National Championships in recent years.

About Evan

Evan is originally from Cincinnati, Ohio. He studied PGA Golf Management at Eastern Kentucky University and graduated in 2015 followed by joining the team at The Country Club of the South. He was elected to PGA of America in June 2016. Evan married his beautiful wife Betsy in 2017 and they currently live in Roswell.

About Samantha

Samantha was born and raised in Brockton, Massachusetts. She earned a degree in Sport Management at Ithaca College in 2013, where she also played collegiate golf. She started her career as an Assistant Golf Pro at the Harmon Club in Rockland, Massachusetts. After graduating college, Samantha moved to Atlanta and worked at Heritage Golf Links as an Assistant Golf Pro. Samantha joined Invited in 2015 as an Assistant Golf Pro at Northwood Country Club later becoming the Head Golf Professional in 2018.  Samantha received Invited’s National Rising Star award in 2018 and joined the team at CCS in 2019 as an Assistant Golf Pro. She is currently a PGA Associate and a U.S. Kids Golf Certified Coach.

About Steven D.

Steven Wooten grew up participating in the Metropolitan PGA Section and earned a competitive seat playing collegiate golf at Morehouse College under William Lewis, PGA. Wooten served as an asst. instructor to Coach Lewis for 10+ years. He assisted with jr. and adult golf clinics as well as general instruction lessons. In 2019, Steven served as the Asst. Golf Professional at Streamsong, outside of Tampa, FL. where he developed a growing instruction footprint. Steven managed daily golf operations, organized golf outings, tournaments, and other events and clinics. In 2020, Steven and his wife, Ryah, welcomed their first child, little Steven and returned to Atlanta, GA to be near family. Steven started at Laurel Springs where he continued golf instruction and coordinated Laurel Springs Ladies events, Jr. Golf clinics, and Couples Tournaments. Steven is excited to join The Country Club of The South team. Steven, Ryah, and Steven (Juni) live in Lawrenceville, GA, along with their lab Nala.
