Mission Hills features one of the premier gyms in Rancho Mirage, offering classes, equipment, personal training and so much more to help you stay fit and healthy.

THE WELLNESS CENTER AT MISSION HILLS

The 17,000-square-foot Wellness Center at Mission Hills Country Club offers a wide variety of state-of-the-art fitness equipment, classes and a full-service spa.

THE GYM

The lower level features an array of Technogym selectorized equipment as well as a free weight area. Come work out on your own, or learn more about our personal training programs.

FITNESS STUDIOS & GROUP CLASSES

The upper level is home to a large cardio theatre area and a Kinesis studio — the first of its kind in the area – as well as a 900-square-foot group exercise studio used for Yoga, Tabata, Tai Chi, stretch, HIIT, mat Pilates, Dance Fitness, group training, WEXER virtual classes and more. Our Pilates reformer private and group training is held in our Pilates Studio with 5 reformer beds. Join a group session or request a private lesson with our experienced training staff. You can also have a stretch session done by one of our certified FST trainers to help you move and feel your best.

The lower level also features our Spa, which offers massages, stretch sessions, and facials featuring SKINN and Babor products. Treat yourself to a spa day, or just come by for a treatment after a day on the courts or the course.

Golf/Tennis Training Track

The Fitness Foursome Series is appropriate for all ages and skill levels. A fun, valuable, and affordable eight-session program covers a quick physical screen, warm-up, corrective exercises, posture drills, movement drills, balance drills, golf-specific exercises and a brief nutrition discussion for the game.
