About Miles
I graduated with a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Texas and have been in the fitness business for over 20 years now. Since receiving my diploma, I have gone on to receive certifications from: NSCA, NASM, ACSM, TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) and PRI (Postural Restoration Institute). I love anything athletic that pushes the boundaries. Over the years I have been a mountain bike racer, competitive CrossFit athlete, ultra-runner, triathlete, Olympic Lifting competitor, Spartan racer and much more. My passion is helping people change their lives through fitness and lifestyle. Keeping up with my two kiddos has been my most recent athletic endeavor!

About Andrea
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology, and Exercise Science plus a Minor Degree in Holistic Health Studies from San Francisco State University. I have been an ACSM certified Personal Fitness Trainer for the past 9 years and a 200 Hour Certified Yoga Instructor for the past 4 years. I recently relocated to TX, from Carmel, CA, where I served as Fitness Assistant Manager at The Santa Lucia Preserve Country Club, for the past five years. I work with clients with goals focusing on sports-specific conditioning, weight loss, post-surgery rehab and stress management, always incorporating a focus on balance, coordination, posture and breath work and positive body awareness. I have been an athlete all of my life, beginning with gymnastics, ballet, cross-country, field hockey and played collegiate lacrosse at The University of Northern Colorado. I found Yoga and swimming as an adult and I love the competition of the triathlete community.

About Christina
I’m Christina. I have been training in Austin for over 10 years and love nothing more than building lasting relationships with my clients, so much so that it rarely feels like work. I truly love my clients and seeing their continued success. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Edwards University here in Austin and hold certifications in both Corrective Exercise and Sports Performance. My training focuses on improved mobility, sports performance, weight loss, building muscle, injury recovery and healthy aging. When you enter a session with me, prepare to work hard, but remember we are here to have fun! When I’m not training, I enjoy socializing with friends, cuddling with my dog and kitty, cooking (sometimes), gardening (sometimes), traveling (of course), volunteering at the Central Texas Food Bank (would love for you to join me) and just enjoying all the wonderful opportunities living in Austin allows. I can’t wait to meet you, don’t hesitate to say… “HOWDY!”
