If you are craving fine cuisine, the Mackenzie Grille is the place to be for lunch or dinner Wednesdays through Saturdays, and for Sunday brunch. The Mackenzie Grill & Terrace serves up casual and fine dining favorites indoors or al fresco.
If you prefer something quicker and lighter, head downstairs to Tilly’s Pub for an adults-only atmosphere. Slip in right off the ninth hole for a quick bite with friends in our Members’ favorite pub and the heartbeat of our Club.
As part of our extensive renovation, we expanded the putting green at Tilly’s, as well as created an enhanced entertainment space for our bustling social scene. Members enjoy an even larger patio area and upgraded lighting. To add to the fun, we introduced a new calendar with a variety of incredible events like Music on the Range, themed dining nights and other great social events.

Same Tilly's Charm, Refreshed with Upgrades
Renovations are underway to upgrade Tilly’s significantly by increasing the space and creating a dedicated kitchen. Our plans call for preserving the atmosphere you know and love, while creating more seating and an enhanced dining experience. Construction is expected to be completed in late May 2023.

Mackenzie Grill & Terrace on the Tips
Don't wait hours for a table at another restaurant...choose the Mackenzie Grille. The staff of the Mackenzie Grille is eager to serve you and your guests a five star dinner five nights a week. Make sure to check the calendar for happy hour specials featured in the MacGrille. Reservations are required for indoor dining. Party sizes will be limited to 6 people in the Mackenzie Grille and 10 people on the terrace.

Tilly's Pub
Tilly’s Pub is where the action is at Granite Bay. Whether you want an adult beverage or a casual meal, Tilly's offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for Members of Granite Bay Golf Club. Tilly's Pub is for adults only. Dependents age 18 to 20 may dine with their parents prior to 9 p.m.

About Ryan
Ryan is a native to Northern California, born in the bay area and raised in Rocklin, California. After working throughout high school in a small town restaurant, Ryan captured his passion for food by attending the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.Upon graduation, he took a position at The Kitchen Restaurant in Sacramento where he honed his culinary skills on stage and discovered his enthusiasm interacting with guests.After leaving the Kitchen Restaurant, he worked as a bartender and server at a location that allowed him to marry all the best of his kitchen knowledge with his interpersonal skills to create the customer experience he is so devoted to. Since then, he has had the opportunity to pursue his Food and Beverage career as a Manager at various local restaurants and is excited to bring his knowledge and affection for the dining experience to Granite Bay Golf Club.When not working, Ryan is spending time with his wife and new son Finnley, he loves golf, the SF Giants ...

About Roderick
Head Chef Rod Williams was born and raised in Sonoma, California. He spent several years in Colorado, Miami and NJ working in multiple restaurants and learning as many different styles and cuisines as possible.In his late twenties, Rod moved back to his hometown of Sonoma and again immersed himself in multiple local restaurants, where he developed his signature style of California cuisine using the bountiful supplies of local meats, cheeses, and produce that Sonoma has to offer.After a long stint as Chef de Cuisine at the world-renowned Sonoma Mission Inn, he moved to Lincoln with his wife to start a family. He loves gardening, backpacking and spending quality time with his family.Chef Rod is excited to bring his talents to Granite Bay Golf Club members and guests focusing on fresh seasonal flavors.
