From lively year-round programming to summer sports camps, we have the perfect outlet to start your children on the path to success. Kids of all ages learn good sportsmanship, develop new skills and achieve personal excellence in our junior programs.
Summer Camp
Your children and grandchildren can enjoy a wide variety of youth camps throughout the Summer at Canterwood! We focus our Summer Junior Programming around creating memorable experiences for juniors of all ages including the addition of new Camp Canterwood and Mommy & Me swim lessons! Canterwood offers multiple levels of golf, tennis and swimming lessons including a swim team.
Kids Club
Friday Night Kids Club offers kids 3 and up an evening of fun, games and crafts while you enjoy a drink or dinner at the Club
Kids & Family Events
We offer a full calendar of family friendly events and programs allowing families to enjoy Canterwood throughout the years. Enjoy seasonal fun at our Family Fun on the Green, Canterwood Campout, and our annual Fishing Derby and create lasting memories at our Holiday events including Mother’s Day Brunch, Family Halloween Festival and Brunch with Santa.
Golf & Tennis Lessons
Juniors enjoy year round golf and tennis lessons. Junior golfers can develop their golf skills in programs like Operation 36 and School of Golf, or participate in friendly competitions in PGA Junior League. Canterwood provides junior tennis players with professional group and private lessons; whether your junior is just picking up the racket or is training for a college scholarship, our group tennis lessons provide instruction for all experience levels.

About Alicia
After graduating from Eastern Washington University with her bachelor’s in Communication, Public Relations, Alicia joined the Canterwood Team in 2019 with a passion for member organizations and event planning. She finds joy in helping connect members to one another, finding their home at Canterwood through events, clubs, and personal connections. When not at work Alicia enjoys spending time with her dog, Murphy, and tending to her indoor forest of house plants.

About Christie
Christie joins our team with an extensive background in the golf industry and marketing. Christie attended the University of Washington, graduating with a degree in Communications. After graduation, Christie joined Oki Golf, where she worked for the past five years, most recently as their Marketing Manager. A native to Gig Harbor and a life-long golfer, Christie is excited to be returning to Canterwood, where she played golf on the Gig Harbor High School Golf Team. Christie brings a passion and knowledge of the golf industry, marketing, and communications to our team, and she is excited to help members receive the most out of their memberships. Outside of golf, Christie enjoys learning about construction vehicles from her son and playing with her two dogs.
