Project Scope
The work will take place in multiple phases. We will keep you updated as we progress, and below you will find a high-level overview of the investment plan.
Enhanced Golf Experience
- Redesign and build of short game practice area
- Rebuild, level and sod driving range tee
- Repair and resurface cart paths
- Improve driving range target green area and drainage
- Addition of new mobile range tee cover
- Rebuild fourth green
Cart path repairs have begun with completion in the Spring; the driving range, fourth green and short game work will likely begin in December, continuing into next year.
Clubhouse Improvements
- Complete renovation of restaurant and bar
- Install cover with heaters on Member patio
- Renovation of banquet area
- Resurface parking lot
The clubhouse work is currently being designed by our architect and will significantly enhance the look and feel of the dining areas. As this is still in the planning process, work will likely begin early in 2023.
