HOUSTON (June XX, 2015) A centerpiece of the neighborhood for nearly 40 years, Hearthstone Country Club announces the completion of a million-dollar-plus clubhouse renovation project. Modern-meets-rustic décor at the reinvented Hearthstone, which now offers expanded dining amenities and social features. The club is debuting the new space during a grand opening of the Red Wolf Bar & Grille – June 20 from 6 p.m.-10 p.m. – that will include a ribbon-cutting, live music, and samplings from the new menu.

“This is a fun time to be a part of Hearthstone,” said Chris Stewart, general manager. “The new look of the club along with all of the new features adds value to membership, allows us to create a more robust calendar of events, and will give the members so many more reasons to visit the club and show it off to their families and friends.”

New amenities and features include:

• Elegant and warm new reception area and lobby space
• Red Wolf Bar & Grille – new and expanded (doubled in size) upscale casual dining space featuring cabana and booth seating, TVs throughout, communal table with PDA charging stations, custom-made inlaid Joiner’s Table with vintage map of Texas, modern bar, temperature-controlled wine dispenser offering member favorites, and local craft beers bottled and on-tap.
• Innovative new menu featuring signature club favorites, hand-crafted menu selections, and specialties from the new gourmet pizza oven, plus unique offerings made fresh daily by new Executive Chef Matthew Reid
• Media area with seating and two 80” TVs – the perfect space for members to catch up on the latest sporting event or news of the day
• New state-of-the-art conference room accommodating up to 16 people
• Updated separate catering venue for private parties and events

“The members are very excited about all the improvements,” said Kyle Bromley, chairman of the club’s board of governors. “There has always been a sense of pride and community among the members but with these renovations now complete, I expect that will grow even stronger as we all take advantage of the ‘new’ Hearthstone.”

The club also recently has launched a variety of new family activities and year-round programming such as wine, craft beer and food tastings, social hours, Family Fun Days, backyard cookouts and dive-in movies.
