COMMACK, NEW YORK - The Hamlet Golf & Country Club, a member of the Invited family of clubs, announces an extensive renovation project is now under way that includes more than $1 million in improvements and enhancements to the clubhouse, golf course, and outdoor amenities. With a goal of Building Relationships and Enriching Lives®, the club’s renovations, which include adding more dining and social features, coupled with innovative member programming, membership benefits and services, will offer members and their families more opportunities to connect, play, work, host and celebrate.

Improvements, expected to be complete in July, include:
Clubhouse renovations
• NEW communal dining – members can work, socialize and catch up all at one table
• NEW clubhouse lobby and vestibule
• Locker room improvements (men’s and women’s)
• Pro shop upgrade
• Fitness center improvement
• IT system installation
• Exterior building and roof repairs
Outdoor amenities
• Major landscaping improvements
• Outdoor grill improvements
• Pool and tennis improvements 
Course improvement
• NEW golf cart fleet
• Selected new maintenance equipment
• Cart path repair
• Completion of fairway bunker renovation (new sand, drainage and liners)
• Irrigation controls

Invited purchased The Hamlet Golf & Country Club in an acquisition in June 2012 that also included Willow Creek Golf & Country Club in Mt. Sinai and Wind Watch Golf & Country Club in Hauppauge.
