A vibrant, members-only community in the heart of South Lake Union at 400 Dexter Avenue North, The Collective will merge dynamic space, active members, purposeful and fun programming and crave-able food and beverage offerings.

The Collective basecamp, 15,000-square-feet with 22-foot ceilings, is anchored by two main areas – a day + night bar, coined High Tide, and a refuge from the hectic urban life, named Alpenglow – and bridged by Crest

• High Tide includes productivity spaces for workflow, music bungalows, a stage, counter and table service dining, ping-pong, board games and endless excuses to interact and collaborate.
• Alpenglow is home to the Artist in Residence Studio, the Campfire Circle, the tech-free Hammock Garden, a boutique bouldering area, and spa-inspired showers.
• Crest, a vibrant coffee shop open to the public, offering amazing items on the fly. The Bulkhead is a to-go window designed to provide the neighborhood with a few re-charging bites offered throughout the day.

Plus, member-led Tribes will drive a robust programming calendar with events and activities that focus on everything from social impact, the great outdoors and wellness to foodies, music, fashion and art.
