About Michele
Michele started at Willow Creek in August, 2018. While she's never played golf in her life, she fell in love with the "workplace". Michele is currently the Member Relations Coordinator, the Private Events Coordinator, and she takes care of all communications. A lifelong dancer, Michele enjoys teaching dance and watching her daughters perform, in addition to spending time with her family!

About Maddie
Maddie grew up in Chapel Hill, North Carolina and moved to Long Island, NY in October 2020. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in Recreation, Sports Leadership and Tourism Management. Maddie has experience in event planning and management, hotel and catering sales, and youth activities onboard a cruise ship as well as a beachfront resort. She looks forward to ensuring your next event at Willow Creek Golf & Country Club is a great success!

About Kyle
Kyle was born and raised in upstate NewYork in Canandaigua part of the Finger Lakes region. He studied turf management in Colorado and North Carolina. For the last 12 years he has supervised golf courses in Westchester and Long Island. He enjoys living on Long Island with his wife Carolyn and his daughter Francesca (4).

About Mitchell
Mitchell was born and raised in Port Jeff, New York. He graduated from the University of Stony Brook with a degree in Economics. Mitchell started at Willow Creek in 2011 as an outside services employee advancing to the golf shop, and his current Golf Shop Manager Position. Mitchell looks forward to ensuring your outing runs smoothly. He also loves teaching golf and enjoys helping others lower their scores.
Austin Holloway

About Austin
Austin was born and raised on Long Island. Growing up in a large Italian family, they spent much of their time playing golf and cooking. He chose to attend the Culinary Institute of America, following in his uncle's footsteps. Before becoming the Executive Chef at Willow Creek he worked with many great chefs, including working alongside Tom Colicchio and Marco Canora to host a dinner at Topping Rose House in the Hamptons. He also represented the Trump National Club in the Hudson Valley by cooking a dinner at the James Beard House. Austin received his first executive chef position after moving west to Moab, Utah. He is an avid golfer and loves to sharing his knowledge of culinary expertise and creativity through my passion for cooking.
