About Derek

Derek Sawyers joined Willow Creek Golf Club as the Membership Director in the summer of 2019. He came to us from the Golf Trails where he was most recently a Golf Pro. Derek was born in Houston, Texas and raised in The Woodlands. He has played semi-competitive golf for 20 years in the area and likes to think he can hit a draw. Derek lives downtown and he enjoys hacking it up on the links, fishing in the local spots, jogging and hiking, and spending time with family and friends. Derek is excited to share our beautiful course with the community and get to know all of our members.

About Jessica

Jessica Castro joined Willow Creek family in November of 2015. She oversees accounting at the Creek. Prior to joining Invited, Jessica worked at Star Staffers for almost 9 years. She received the National Invited Rising Star award in 2016 and the National Invited Super Star award in 2018. A few of the roles that Jessica enjoys is organizing and celebrating Employee Partner recognition and our monthly Ladies Night Inn events. She has built strong relationships with Members and Employees alike.Jessica is originally from Midland, Texas, grew up overseas in Indonesia and has lived in the Spring / Tomball area since 2001. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Jared, and their four children: Cassidy, Clinton, Colt and Cade.

About Chris

Chris is our Head Golf Professional and has been with us since 2016. He is a 2008 graduate of the Professional Golf Management Program at Ferris State University. Prior to joining Willow Creek Golf Club, Chris was the 1st Assistant Golf Professional at Golf Club of Houston. He also was the 1st Assistant Professional at Rancho La Quinta Country Club in La Quinta, California.Chris greatly enjoys taking care of the members and guests.  He is always looking to make sure everyone has a great time at the club, whether it is playing in tournaments or engaged in daily conversation.

About Alton

Alton has been serving the members of Willow Creek Golf Club for over 20 years. He is a fixture of the club as the Men’s Locker Room Attendant. We take pride in his ability to never forget a face and to always know what the members will order before they even sit down.
