Lunch and Learn: Everyone Communicates, Few Connect

Dr. Cynthia Coy, Founder and CEO of Uncaged Solutions, LLC, believes that everyone has purpose and untapped potential. The key lies in understanding how the way you think. Your thoughts have the power to keep you caged or empower you live abundantly in the different areas of your life. As a professional with over 26 years of experience working in financial management, leader development and teambuilding facilitation, Dr. Coy has helped leaders and teams in nonprofit, government and private sector organizations discover how to lead more effectively, improve relationships, and manage their finances more responsibly. Dr. Coy earned her doctorate in Strategic Leadership from Regent University. She also holds a master's degree in Public Administration from Troy University and a bachelor's degree Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Southwest Texas State University. She is a Certified Defense Financial Manager as well as an Executive Program member with Maxwell Leadership. Dr. Coy is also a certified DISC trainer and consultant, a certified Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Practitioner and an Emergenetics Associate. Dr. Coy will be leading a series of Lunch and Learns on communication. Member's can bring guest for these informative sessions, and lunch will be available through our Friday Lunch Buffet for $27++. Lunch is optional, but if you would like to enjoy a meal please arrive at 11:45am to be ready for the class at 12:00pm.
