About Mallory
Mallory is a native Texan, hailing from Plano, Texas. She graduated with a degree in Biological Sciences from Louisiana State University (Geaux Tigers!) with hopes to go into the medical field, but her passion for the hospitality industry led her down a different path. Her professional background began working in fine dining front of house operations throughout college in Baton Rouge, as well as post-college in Richmond, Virginia, before making her way back to the great state of Texas in 2017. She became a part of The UT Club family as a Captain upon her relocation to Austin, quickly moving into the Membership Sales Director position and is looking forward to serving Members in her new role as Director of Member Experience in 2020. When she is not working to better the Member experience at the Club you can find her in Texas Hill Country feeding her oenophile soul, exploring a new restaurant opening in town, keeping up with the latest NFL and CFB games, or on an outdoor patio enjoyin...

About Tatiana
Tatiana was born in Los Angeles, California and raised in a small town outside of Dallas, Texas. She moved to Austin, TX in 2014 to pursue her dream of attending The University of Texas and graduated with her degree from the Moody College of Communication in Advertising with a focus in Account Management & Digital Media. She started with Invited in 2020 at Timarron Country Club and has quickly worked her way up to take on the role of the Member Experience Manager here at The University of Texas Club. When she’s not at work, you can find her at Zilker Park, boating on Lake Travis, shopping at The Domain, or watching movies with her Pitbull pup, Jake. Tatiana is a huge fan of the Texas Longhorns, a proud Texas Ex (Class of 2017!), and is passionate about building lasting relationships & creating fun, personalized experiences for our members.
Audrey Keely

About Audrey
Audrey joined the UT Club family while attending The University of Texas as a student. From 2004 to 2016 she served our Members as a Fine Dining Server, Receptionist, Private Events Coordinator, Membership Director, and finally Private Events Director. After an interlude in the hotel industry, Audrey returned to the club just in time for the south end zone expansion’s inaugural football season in 2021. Hook ‘Em Horns! When she’s not collaborating with our Members to create memorable events, you can find her spending time with family, sampling Austin’s culinary scene, or curled up with a good book and a good beer.

About Lauren
Lauren was born and raised in the Texas Hill Country, growing up on Lake LBJ, attending high school in New Braunfels, and now living in Austin. She attended UT Austin (Hook ‘Em!) where she graduated from McCombs with a B.B.A. in Supply Chain Management. During her freshman year of college, she started working at The University of Texas Club as a server. She was quickly moved up to Restaurant Manager, and upon her graduation, she accepted the position as Director of Premium Services to lead the charge for football season. When she is not at work, you can find her trying local restaurants, paddleboarding on Lake Austin, and enjoying time at home with her cat, Peach. Lauren is passionate about all things UT and operations-related (especially football!)!

About Samantha
Samantha is a Native Texan, she claims the entirety of the state because she’s lived across most of our beautiful state.
She comes from humble beginnings, and started at Invited’s first club, Brookhaven in 2015 and has been a dedicated employee ever since. Outside of work she can be found with her fiancée and their three dogs or behind her sewing machine.

About Jon
Chef Jon holds a Culinary Arts degree from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Prior to joining The UT Club team, Chef Jon worked throughout Texas as an Executive Chef, and has been with Invited since 2014. No stranger to Gulf Coast cuisine, Chef Jon is a native Houstonian and proud father of his two “Chefs-in-Training,” twin girls Isabella and Catherine. On the weekends, Chef Jon enjoys playing golf, cheering for Texas sports teams and cooking for his family.
