7th Fl Main Dining Room

The 7th Floor features an open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows and authentic Texas-themed décor. This space features built-in audiovisual capabilities and has the flexibility to accommodate a variety of different layouts for large banquets or reception-style events, theater-style presentations, brunches, proms, formals, and wedding receptions. This space can accommodate between 100-500 guests and offers abundant space for a dance floor, food stations, and more!

The system is multi-faceted and includes the following capabilities:

  • 23 built-in flat-screen TV’s that can all be synced
  • Built-in speaker/audio system
  • 2 portable screen and projector setups
  • Auxiliary/VGA/HDMI compatible

Note: The UT Club will provide the auxiliary, VGA, and HDMI cords; Client must provide music, laptops, and adapters for all MAC computers.

Microphones
Four wireless, hand-held microphones may be supported with the use of our in-house portable speaker system.

Live Music or DJ
Bands and DJs are welcome. All Bands and DJs must provide their own sound system.

*If additional A/V is needed, the UT Club will outsource an A/V system and/or microphones. Additional fees will apply.
