Asia Morganthaler
Instructor, Vinyasa Yoga
Serving since 2020
About Asia
Asia started practicing yoga in her 20s, at the studio where she taught aerobics. But it wasn’t until 2010, after a running injury, that she became fully immersed in her practice. She loved how the asanas helped her body build strength, flexibility, and balance, and at the same time, cleared and focused her mind.
Her vinyasa yoga classes are multi-level with options for both the beginner and the more seasoned yogi. She loves to create fun and dynamic sequences and encourages her students to listen to their body as they practice. Her hope is that her students will step off the mat feeling better than when they started.

Michael Tsai
Instructor
Serving since 2022
About Michael
Born in Myanmar and raised in the Bay Area, fitness was not really a focal point in our family. After struggling with body image and trying various diet and gym routines, I was introduced to group fitness for the first time in a Zumba class. Although I was super uncoordinated at first, it led to a growing fondness of working out with other participants and being guided by awesome instructors. My fitness goals accelerated in a group environment and I'm hoping to share my passion with others!
