Celebrate America's 250th birthday with a special Mural Arts Philadelphia walking tour exploring the historic symbols woven throughout some of the city's most iconic public artworks. As we make our way from the historic district toward City Hall, discover how the past meets the present through depictions of Liberty Bells, American flags, famous figures, notable architecture, and more. Experience firsthand why Philadelphia has been named the Mural Capital of the World as we explore the world's largest outdoor art gallery and uncover the stories behind these inspiring works of art.
