Alongside the already idyllic, tiered greens and remarkable seclusion, golfers of all skill levels can experience play like never before on our newly improved walkable 18-hole championship course, with new scoring iron short game area, five new target greens, new practice bunker, hitting bays, driving range tee and range floor with hybrid Bermuda grass, driving range surfaces from turfhound, and both on-course beautification projects and improvements!

At the heart of our Club, golf is the storied pastime that brings families, friends and colleagues together in a way few other sports can. With our Crush It! program for junior golfers, it’s fun and simple for kids and teens to learn new skills while gaining a deeper understanding of the sportsmanship and camaraderie that golfers of all ages share.

Our engaging Crush It! program introduces junior golfers to essential skills they’ll use for a lifetime — both on and off the course. We’ll go beyond golfing basics like stance and swing to help young golfers develop key character traits like confidence, respect and self-discipline. From age-appropriate instruction for our youngest golfers to competitive development for teens, Crush It! is shaping the next generation of golfers.

Porter Valley offers a variety of services to get your golf game at its best.

Lessons
Porter Valley offers a variety of instruction for every level of golfer. Beginning clinics and private lessons are available throughout the year. All instructors customize the learning process based on each student’s needs and concerns. The golf professionals also offer state-of-the-art golf instruction featuring frame-by-frame video analysis.

Complimentary Golf Clinics
Since many of us are not touring professionals, Porter Valley Country Club provides complimentary golf clinics for all adults and juniors to help tune up your game, or if needed, completely overhaul your game.

Tee Times, Golf Carts & GolfBoards
Members may make weekday tee times up to 7 days in advance. Golf carts and Golf boards are available for Member use per person amenity fee for 18 or 9 holes. No Member amenity fee applies for Members walking and carrying their golf clubs or for Members using their own Director of Golf-approved push/pull cart.

Bag Storage
Bag Storage is billed monthly and includes storage, cleaning and a bag tag.

Locker Rental
Men's and women's private lockers are available. Lockers are billed monthly and are available to Members and their guests.

Club & Grip Repair
As a full-service Golf Shop, we repair golf clubs, shafts and grips for a nominal Member amenity fee.
