Group Exercise
• All Group Exercise Classes will have a Cap of 12 participants, due to space and equipment availability.
• There must be a minimum of 3 participants signed up for a class in order for it to make. If there are less than 3 participants signed up, the class
will not be held during that session.
• All Group Exercise classes will be approximately 45 minutes in length.
• Group Exercise passes are non-refundable.
• Generally, while group exercise classes are in session, the group exercise/ free weight room will be closed to anyone who isn't a part of that
class.
• You may purchase as many group exercise passes as you would like during each session; however, there will be NO prorated deals for anyone
that does not use all 4 of their classes.
• Classes are only good for the session they were purchased for. Classes not used during a given session will not roll over to another session.

Wednesday | 5pm - 6pm | Brazilian Butts & Rock Solid Abs (All Levels)
Thursday | 9am - 10am | Pilates & Yoga Fusion Class
| 5:30pm - 6:30pm | SHRED! (Levels 2-4)
Friday | 5pm - 6pm | H.I.T.T. Kickboxing Combo (Levels 2-4)
Saturday | 9:30am - 10:30am | SHRED! (Levels 2-4)
Class Levels
Level 1: Lowest intensity and low/ non- impact. Appropriate for all levels.
Level 2: Slightly more intense to moderate intensity.
Level 3: Intermediate to higher intensity. -Level 4: Highest intensity. Appropriate for advanced exerciser.

SHRED!: A Combination of cardiovascular, functional strength and core exercises designed for maximum results.
Brazilian Butts & Rock Solid Abs: An incredible glute workout designed to tighten and define the glutes and hips. Followed by a unique abs and back workout for amazing core strength!
H.I.I.T. and Cardio Kickboxing Combo: High Intensity Interval Training combined with cardio kickboxing moves for a total body and intensive workout.
Pilates & Yoga Fusion Class: A fusion class combining the best of Pilates and Yoga for a dynamic flexibility and core strength class. - "Change happens through movement and movement heals." - Joseph Pilates
