Pool Rules
- The swimming pool will open daily beginning Memorial Day (limited hours from Memorial Day until June 9th). Closing for the season the day after Labor Day.
- At the discretion of the pool director the pool may be closed at other times.
- On days the swim team holds home meets the pool closes at 3:00 PM.
- Lifeguard service is not provided in the area of the small pool.
- Club lifeguards have full authority to regulate all conduct at the pool to enforce compliance of swimming pool rules. The penalty for violations of said rules will be suspension for use of the pool. Any objections or criticism of the conduct of the lifeguards should be made to the pool director or the club management.
- Member Children must be 13 in order to sign themselves in. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- In the case of an emergency the pools must be cleared immediately.
- All members and their guest must register before entering the pool area.
- A $10.00 guest fee will assessed to the members account for each guest at the pool and or sport court area regardless if the guest participates in a activity or not. A guest is anyone NOT listed on your membership account, including grandchildren.
- Only conventional and appropriate swimming attire may be worn in the swimming pool. No cutoffs, shorts, leotards or fitness attire will be allowed in the pool. Thong swimsuits are not permitted in any area of the Club.
- Members may not bring their own food into the fenced area of the pool. Food and beverages are available from the snack bar. *With the exception of personal water bottles, no outside food or drink allowed. Glass containers, beverage coolers, and sharp objects not permitted in pool area.
- Swimmers are required to remove all hairpins or hair ornaments before entering the pool.
- The Club is not responsible for loss of personal property. It is suggested that valuable items be placed in locked vehicles.
- Proper conduct in any area of the Sport Court shall include all items listed above. Including the nonuse of profanity and abusive language. The pool facility and sport court area are provided for the leisure and use of Members and their guests, and consideration of others in the area will be enforced. The pool director and lifeguards have the authority to enforce these rules.
