About Paul
As Indian Wells Country Club's new Director of Golf, Paul joins our team with more than 12 years of experience and talents in golf management. As member of the PGA of America, Paul comes to us from the 36 hole facility across town, The Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort and Spa. Paul has been with Troon Golf Management for more than a decade and has served as the Head Golf Professional, Director of Instruction, Assistant General Manager and Director of Golf at properties in California, Las Vegas, and Colorado.Paul is highly focused on creating an exceptional golf experience that exceeds Member and Guest expectations by uniquely anticipating their needs and offering tremendous service. About Artie
Artie has a wealth of experience, with over 40 years in the golf world. After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley, he spent eight years in the army reserves, during which time, Artie began his professional playing career, competing first, to get his feet wet, in South Africa and Europe for six months in 1971. In 1972, Artie qualified for the PGA tour, and competed not only in the United States, but also in Australia, New Zealand, and South America, until a minor injury curtailed his playing career in 1984. His major accomplishments on the PGA tour were three Runner Up finishes, at the Andy Williams San Diego Open, the Magnolia Classic in Mississippi, and the Southern Open in Columbus Georgia. In addition, he competed in seven U.S. Opens, one as an amateur, and six as a professional, two masters in 1979 and 1980, and in five PGA championships.
