About Craigen
Craigen joined the Heritage family at the beginning of February 2015. Craigen had spent 22 years with the Country Club at Muirfield Village where he was the Director of Golf Through 2011. In 2012, Craigen worked for his friend, Ernie Els, and was the Tournament Events Coordinator for “Els for Autism Golf Challenge.” In that role, he was responsible for the operation of 14 Golf Challenge events throughout the world. Most recently, Criagen was the Head Golf Professional at Riviera Golf Club in Dublin. Craigen is originally from South Africa and attended The Ohio State University where he was a four-year Letterman on the Varsity Golf Team from 1984 through 1987. The team won Big Ten Championships in each of Craigen’s four years. Craigen was a two-time Team Captain and an All-American in 1986 & 1987. Craigen is an accomplished player and a Class A Member of the Professional Golfers’ Association of America.

About David
David has been with Heritage Golf Club since the spring of 2013, starting out as an Assistant Superintendent. David graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Agriculture, focusing on Turfgrass science and plant pathology. Before coming to Heritage, David worked for 6 years at York Golf Club in Worthington, OH. David is married to his wife Donnay, who is a surgical. David and his wife enjoy playing golf, and when off the course they enjoy taking their dog Bodhi on hikes. David is a Buckeye to the core and his favorite time of the year is football season! O..H..!

About Rod
Rob began his career at Heritage in the late 90s, and has more than 20 years of experience in the golf business. He started his career as a PGA apprentice at Harlingen Country Club in Southern Texas, where he was an assistant golf professional for four years. After being elected to membership as a class A PGA Professional into the PGA of America in 1994, Rod moved to Mason, Ohio where he worked for two seasons as the Director of Instruction at the Jack Nicklaus Sports Center. Rods’ strengths include a thorough understanding of the mechanics of the golf swing and the ability to recognize and correct swing faults for golfers of all skill levels. Rod also understands the nuances of playing the game at a high level, because of his four years of Division 1 collegiate golf, at the University of Texas Pan American. Rod uses this combination of knowledge as a player and teacher, to provide a comprehensive package of golf instruction and coaching, to all his students.

About Justin
Justin joined the Heritage staff in the beginning of March 2017. He started as an intern through the Ohio State University Professional Golf Management Program in the Pro Shop and cart barn. Justin grew up just south of Dayton, Ohio where he was a four sport letterman at West Carrollton High School. He moved to Columbus in 2015 where he spent two years on the Maintenance staff at Scioto Reserve C.C. and at Golf Galaxy in Dublin where he specialized in club fittings and club repair. Justin is on track to finish his degree from the Ohio State University in Professional Golf Management with a minor in Business and is working towards obtaining his Professional Golfers' Association of America card. Justin enjoys helping trying to grow the game by being an important part of our Junior Camps and has done some work with the First Tee of Central Ohio. Justin's strengths include club repair and club fittings and stresses the importance of both to help golfers improve their game.
