About Audrey

Right after graduating with a degree in hospitality management, Audrey moved from Montreal, Canada to the United States to start working for JW Marriott. Her passion for food and wine led her to live in seven different states in only 12 years, while working for multiple hotels and restaurants across the country. It is finally in Gilbert, Arizona where she started her journey with Invited as the service director for Seville Golf and Country Club. Audrey and her husband moved to Las Vegas and are working respectively for Bears Best and Canyon Gate! Let's say it's a family affair! When she is not at work, she loves spending time with her family and brand-new little baby girl, Charlie Sky. Audrey believes that food is an amazing way to get people together and a great excuse to have a wonderful time!

About Drey

Drey was raised in Queens, NYC. He started out as a busboy in the restaurant industry at the age of 16 where he worked at Don Peppes (yes, the one from HBO's Entourage). He quickly moved through the ranks from Prep, Runner, Bar, Server, Expo, Maitre D, Manager, Sommelier, etc. He made his way out to Vegas and has been fortunate to work alongside Sommeliers at the Venetian, Mixologists at Southern Wine, and other industry professionals that have helped elevate his insight and understanding of the Service Industry. He has been working at Canyon Gate since 2018 and could not be more thrilled with the team and Members.
