 Tower Club also announces the appointment of new Executive Chef Randy Morgan, who will lead the new dining concepts. Morgan’s more than 24-year career path includes working at multiple three- and four-star restaurants and hotels in major cities across the U.S., including The Russian Tea Room in New York City. Dallasites will recognize Morgan from such well-known local restaurants as Dallas Fish Market, Dragonfly at Hotel ZaZa and, most recently, Toulouse Café and Bar.
