DALLAS - Invited Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: MYCC), "The World Leader in Private Clubs®." Invited, a membership-based leisure business and a leading owner-operator of private golf and country clubs, business, sports and alumni clubs in North America, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share payable on April 15, 2014 to all common stockholders of record at the close of business on April 3, 2014.
