Oktoberfest Experience
OKTOBERFEST AT THE CLUB Tuesday, October 6 | 5:30–7:30 PM | $60++ per person 48-hour cancellation policy. Craftsman goes Bavarian for the evening. Join fellow Members for an Oktoberfest dinner filled with seasonal beer, hearty German-inspired favorites, and a little fall revelry 67 floors above Chicago. Start with crispy Kartoffelpuffer served with applesauce and sour cream and Flammkuchen layered with crème fraîche, bacon, and caramelized onion. Then settle in for sauerbraten, beer-glazed crispy pork belly, and beer-braised chicken alongside brown-butter spätzle and sweet-sour red cabbage. Bienenstich—classic German bee sting cake with vanilla cream and a honey-almond topping—finishes the night.

Heitz Cellar Wine Dinner: One Night in Napa
A multi-course dinner featuring wines from Heitz Cellar Since 1961, Heitz Cellar has helped define Napa Valley, most notably through Martha’s Vineyard—the region’s first vineyard-designated Cabernet Sauvignon. For one evening, Members will taste through the Heitz portfolio in a single, multi-course experience. Champagne and Oyster Rockefeller set the tone before Quartz Creek Chardonnay meets butter-poached crab and 2017 Cabernets from Trailside and Linda Falls are paired with wild mushroom–stuffed quail and lamb noisette. The dinner builds to the pours wine lovers will be waiting for: the 2017 and 2018 Martha’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignons served back-to-back with dry-aged beef and slow-roasted short rib.
