Every family has a dish that carries a story, and we are bringing those stories to The Houston Club. On select Thursdays, Chef will feature a Member-submitted recipe, thoughtfully prepared for the Club table and shared alongside the story that made it worth passing down. Available September 3 and 17 from 5–9 PM. À la carte featured-menu pricing applies. RSVP is not required, though dining reservations are recommended. Pop, Fizz, Clink Sparkling Wine Dinner A little sparkle belongs at every course. Join Wine Committee Member Sally Thayer for a dinner celebrating the range of sparkling wine. Sally is hosting the evening and curating the pairings, taking us from Oregon sparkling to French Champagne, with a sparkling Shiraz finale. Each pairing accompanies a dish from the evening’s menu, giving you a chance to explore how different styles of bubbles shine at the table.
